How We Source Translators

How CLANGS finds a native translator for any language.

For common language pairs we have in-house translators on staff. For rare languages, we operate a verified global sourcing network built over 10+ years.

🏛️

In-House Specialists

For our 30 most-requested language pairs, we maintain full-time native translators on staff in Dubai — available same-day with no sourcing delay.

🌐

Verified Global Network

For rare languages, we draw from a vetted network of 2,000+ professional translators. Every candidate holds a verified degree in their language and a track record in legal translation.

🎓

Embassy & University Liaison

For extremely rare languages, we work through diplomatic community networks and academic institutions — ensuring we always locate a native professional, not a near-native approximation.

⚖️

MOJ Registration Check

Every translator used for UAE submissions must either hold UAE MOJ registration themselves, or work under our licensed supervision and certification framework.

🔍

Dual QA on Every Language

Regardless of how rare the language, every document receives a two-stage quality check: a second linguist and a UAE legal reviewer before delivery.

⏱️

Transparent Timelines

If a rare language requires additional sourcing time, we tell you upfront — with a confirmed ETA before you pay. No surprises, no delays without warning.

Frequently Asked

Questions about multi-language translation in the UAE.

Answers for expats, businesses, and legal teams working across many language pairs.

Yes. We maintain a combination of in-house staff translators for our 30 most-requested pairs, and a verified global network of over 2,000 professional translators for the remainder. For extremely rare languages — Tibetan, Tigrinya, minority languages of Central Asia — we source through diplomatic and academic networks. In 10+ years, we have never turned down a language request: we either deliver or we tell you honestly that the turnaround will be longer.
Yes, for the purposes of UAE submission. MOJ certification is applied through CLANGS as a licensed office — it does not require the individual translator to hold personal MOJ registration. For rare languages where no UAE-registered translator exists for that specific language, the translation is prepared by our verified native translator and certified under CLANGS' own MOJ licence. This approach is fully accepted by UAE ministries and courts.
Every translation at CLANGS is human-produced by a native speaker with verified credentials in that language. We do not use machine translation (including AI tools) for certified output. Our translators must hold a degree in translation, linguistics, or law in their native language — and we request that documentation during onboarding. For any language where you want verification, we can share the translator's redacted credentials on request.
Contact us immediately — the sooner you reach us, the sooner we can begin sourcing. For rare languages, we quote a realistic ETA after assessing our network availability: usually 48–72 hours for less common languages, 3–5 days for very rare ones. We do not accept payment until we've confirmed we can deliver by your deadline. Same-day is not usually possible for rare languages, but we always try to expedite.
Yes, this is common for corporate clients and legal teams. A UAE trade licence, for example, might need to be translated into English, French, German, and Chinese simultaneously. We assign a parallel team for each language pair and manage a shared terminology glossary to ensure consistent proper noun rendering across all versions. Multi-language projects get a single project manager as point of contact.
Same-day delivery (submit before 2:00 PM GST) is available for our 30 in-house language pairs — including all major European languages, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Farsi, and the CIS languages. For less common languages, next-day is typically our fastest option. When you submit, we confirm availability and the exact delivery time in writing before proceeding.
